Model Description
Ultra -high -speed/large -current multi -function VDR (optional function selection) ■ Characteristics The XC6405 series is a multi -function IC that combines ultra -high -speed/large -class multifunctional VR and VD. The VR part is a CMOS process that realizes high accuracy, low noise, high ripple removal, and low dropouts. Output voltage: 0.9V to 5.1V, detection voltage: 0.9V to 5.5V, can be set in 0.1V step inside by laser trimming. It also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors to output stabilization capacitors (CL). In addition, a stable output can be obtained by a good transient response even during load fluctuations. The output current is restricted and the output terminal is protected by the constant current restricted circuit and the foldback (Fold) circuit. The XC6405A -C series can standby mode of the VR part with the EN function. The XC6405D series can standby mode of all circuits by the CE function (semi -custom). In the standby mode, the current consumption is greatly reduced. The XC6405A and B series have a built -in field function. In the B series, the regulator output can be turned off after VD detection (semi -custom). Since the XC6405E series has a VSEN terminal, it is possible to monitor other power supply (semi -custom). The XC6405F series can delay VD output by the VD condensed sadille function. The delay time can be adjusted by the capacitor (semi -custom). There are optional settings such as detector monitoring department, detector output logic, CE, EN terminal input logic, internal pull -up, pull -down resistance, etc., and can select functions that match systems such as PR power lady function (semi -custom).
