Ultra -low current dual regulator ■ Characteristics The XC6411 series is a CMOS -voltage regulator IC of the CMOS process that realizes the ultra -low current consumption of 0.8ua/ch (type.). The interior consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a driver tranzista, a current fold back circuit, a phase compensation circuit, etc. Since the package is implemented in the SOT-25, it is the best product for mobile devices that require high-density implementation. The output voltage can be set at 0.1V steps from 0.9V to 5.0V inside by laser trimming, respectively, from the regulator 1 and the regulator 2. It also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors to output stabilization capacitors (CL). In addition, each channel is completely isolated, and it is possible to supply a very small cross talk between channels, which is a problem when output load current fluctuations, and supply stable voltage. Current foldback (fu) circuit operates as short -circuited protection of the output terminal.
