Model Description
28V operation regulator with standby function ■ Characteristics The XC6216 series is a CMOS process 28V positive voltage regulator IC. It consists of an internal reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a driver orthrangist, a current restriction circuit, overheated protection circuit, a phase compensation circuit, etc. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.8V to 12.0V by laser trimming. In addition, it can be set from 2.0V to 23.0V in external settings due to external resistance. It also supports low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors to output stabilization capacitors CL. The overcurrent protection circuit and overheat protection circuit are built -in, and the protection circuit operates depending on whether the output current reaches the limit or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature. The CE function offers the regulator output and becomes standby mode. In the standby mode, the current consumption is greatly reduced.
