2ch increase pressure DC/DC controller ■ Characteristics The XC9501 series is a general -purpose high clock 2ch high -pressure DC/DC controller IC of PWM, PWM/PFM external switching control. Both DC/DC controllers function as a higher -pressure DC/DC controller. Each DC/DC controller has a built -in 0.9V reference voltage source (accuracy ± 2.0%), and can be set up from an external part to about 1.5V to 30V. The switching frequency is as high as 180kHz, and the external parts can be reduced. We will also provide custom 300kHz and 500kHz. It is possible to switch to PWM control or PWM/PFM automatic switching control at an external signal. The PWM/PFM automatic switching control shifts from PWM control to PFM control during light load, and achieves high efficiency in the total load area from light load to large output current. PWM control can easily damage the noise because the switching frequency is fixed. You can select the optimal operation mode for the application. The soft start time is set to 10 ms inside 2ch independent, and prevents overshots of rush of input current and output voltage when standing up.
