Model Description
PFM control promotion DC/DC converter controller ■ Characteristics The XC9110 series is an increase in PFM control DC/DC converter/controller. The combination of PFM control and CMOS structure achieves low current consumption, ideal for mobile devices that are concerned about battery life. The transistor built -in type (A/C/E type) has a built -in 2.5Ω NCH MOSFET, and can easily configure a pressure circuit by attaching three points: coil, diode, and capacitors. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.5V to 7.0V (accuracy ± 2.5%). The maximum oscillation frequency is set to 100kHz. There is a CE function (C/D type) that suppresses current consumption when the operation is stopped, or a VDD terminal (the power supply and the output voltage monitoring unit separate E/F type). The XC9110 series has a maximum duty ratio to 75% (VDD = 3.3V) so that it can support the large style. In addition, an external transist type (B/D/F type) is available for applications that require a large current.
