Model Description
PWM, PWM/PFM Switching Pressure DC/DC Controller ■ Characteristics The XC6367 series is an external component of transistors, coils, diodes, and capacitors, and is a high -efficiency DC/DC converter that achieves high efficiency. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.5V to 6.5V (accuracy ± 2.5%) inside (VOUT). In addition to VOUT products, a 1.0V reference voltage source is built -in, and a type (FB product) that sets the output voltage arbitrarily with external parts. Since the switching frequency is as high as 300kHz, it is possible to reduce the external parts. The soft start time is a type (A, B, E type) set to 10 msec inside, and a type that can be adjusted with external resistance and capacitors (C, D, F type). With the standby function, it can be used in the operation stop state (CE terminal "L") with a current consumption of 0.5 μA or less.
