Model Description
PWM/PFM Switch Switching Police DC/DC Controller ■ Characteristics The XC6366 series is an antihypertensive DC/DC converter that achieves a high efficiency of an output current of 1A or more, with a total of four external parts of transistor, coil, diode and capacitors. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.5V to 6.0V (accuracy ± 2.5%) inside (VOUT). In addition to VOUT products, a 1.0V reference voltage source is built -in, and a type (FB product) that sets the output voltage arbitrarily with external parts. Since the switching frequency is as high as 300kHz, it is possible to reduce the external parts. The XC6366 series of the PWM/PFM switching control type is operated by PFM control during a light load, providing high efficiency in all areas from light load to large output current. The soft start time is a type (A, B type) set to 10ms inside, and a type that can be adjusted with external resistance and capacitors (C, D type). With the standby function, it can be used in the operation stop (CE terminal "L") with a current consumption of 0.5 μA or less. UVLO is built -in, and external TR is turned off with the input voltage below the specified voltage.
