Model Description
1.4a coil integrated type pressure increase DC/DC converter "Micro DC/DC" ■ Characteristics The XCL104 series is a 0.17Ω NCH driver FET and 0.23Ω PCH synchronous rectifier FET with a built -in coil -integrated pressure synchronization DC/DC converter. It can be started from 0.9V input voltage and can be used with alkaline or nickel hydrogen battery. The output voltage can be set in the 0.1V step in the range of 1.8V to 5.5V. During tanbai mode, the CL discharge function reduces the output voltage at high speed to prevent malfunction of the output device. The G/J type can stop the operation of the IC and reduce the liquid leakage of the alkaline battery when the battery voltage is lower than the UVLO function. The UVLO cancellation voltage is 1.6V.
