Model Description
Coil integrated pressure increase DC/DC converter ("Micro DC/DC") ■ Characteristics The XCL103 series is an ultra -small (2.5mm x 2.0mm, h = 1.0mm) boost microDC/DC converter that integrates coils and control ICs. By adopting a synchronous rectification system for the circuit, a diode is unnecessary, and external parts can create a high -efficiency power supply circuit with only two ceramic capacitors. By reducing the external parts, the circuit is simplified, and the noise and operation troubles due to the board layout can be minimized. The input voltage range is 0.9V to 6.0V, and the output voltage can be set in the 0.1V step in the range of 2.2V to 5.5V (accuracy ± 2.0%). The XCL103 series achieves high efficiency in all areas from light load to heavy load by PWM/PFM automatic switching control. In addition, the XCL103D type reduces the output voltage at high speed during the standby mode by the CL discharge function to prevent malfunction of the output device. The XCL103e type conducts input and output by the bypass switch function, enabling driving such as real -time clocks.
