■ Overview It is a heat -resistant putty based on ceramic and inorganic fiber. It is used for thick film coating, flash, plump surface, or adhesive of ceramic cloth, etc. using spatula, iron, hard brush, etc. It has a strong adhesive strength, is in close contact with metal and ceramic, and hardens at room temperature. After curing, drug resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation. ■ Characteristics ・ If you knead it in white, paste, and soften it, you can use it as it is. ・ It is highly adherent, can be applied to the vertical and ceiling, and there is no sauce. ・ Close to ceramic and metal. (Not suitable for metal with a large heat expansion coefficient) ・ The heat resistance maximum is 1,000 ° C for continuation. ・ If you are in a low humidity and high -oxidation atmosphere after room temperature, you do not need to be cure. ・ Since all ingredients are inorganic, it can be used even in vacuum and inert gas after cure. ■ Use ・ Repaired fireproof wall, heat -resistant, heat exchanger, heat sink, incinerator, etc. ・ Corrosion of racks, pads, rador, and racks, repair of missing parts. ・ Glass cloth, ceramic cloth tension and adhesive. ・ Duct, food, protection coating inside the chimney. ・ It is a ceramic with unevenness and a porous ceramic surface. ・ Metal heat resistance protection, high temperature oxidation prevention and insulation. ■ About Cure [firing] If you put it in a high temperature and low humidity atmosphere after drying at room temperature, you will be cure alone in the atmosphere, so you do not need to be cure. However, when placing it in a room temperature atmosphere as it is, the removal of water is incomplete, so moisture absorption remains and does not become the original hardness. Therefore, if you keep it in a room temperature or high humidity, or in an inateit of vacuum or inert gas, if you need hardness immediately, be cure. The cure time depends on the conditions such as the membrane thickness, the amount of flesh, etc., as in the drying time, so be empirically set based on the following steps. Removed at 295 ° C for 2 to 4 hours or more at room temperature (about 12 hours) to completely remove moisture. Cure at 3300 ° C for more than 2 hours and completely cured.
