Model Description
The Portable Central Particle Counter MET ONE 3425+ helps GMP clean room users simplify everyday environmental monitoring and improve data consistency. The new product is lighter and quieter than the previous model, and users can import the routine environment monitoring map and sampling configuration of the standard operation procedure (SOP) into the counter itself. ■ Characteristics ・ SOP configuration, sampling map and SOP version control can be loaded to the counter itself via the web browser. ・ Administrators can manage the SOP version in the counter using the electronic signature. -The sampling map loaded to the counter as part of the SOP guides users to the daily monitoring program. ・ When each sample measurement is completed, it turns green on the screen, and the user can see the remaining work at a glance. ・ When the measurement is completed, the results can be confirmed and approved by the administrator or manager using a web browser. ・ When approved, the electronic signature is given the final report and can be exported in a safe electronic format.
