About This Product
The new CRA series collaborative robots feature high-performance integrated joints, resulting in a 25% increase in joint speed. This improvement has significantly improved efficiency and reached new heights.
In addition, new control cabinets and system software have improved safety, stability, and scalability across the board. This is taking human-robot collaboration to a new level. The lineup consists of 7 types: CR3A, CR5A, CR7A, CR10A, CR12A, CR16A, and CR20A.

・Safety Non-contact detection function "Safe Skin" (*optional) stops before collision. Avoid conflicts when collaborating with people.

DOBOT is a self-learning collaborative robot that is low-cost, safe, highly functional, and versatile. DOBOT CRA (Industrial Collaborative Robot) has the following features:
・Various movements can be reproduced by direct teaching
・Compatible with 2.5D camera VX500
・More than 20 safety features. Adopts a new generation independent safety controller that complies with PLdCat3 level.
・Provides virtual fence function and advanced contactless safe skin (optional)
・The number of DI and DO of the general-purpose interface has been expanded to 24 channels. Supports switching between PNP and NPN.

・Secondary development possible in various languages
・Reduced the volume of the control cabinet by 20%. IP54 protection grade can be selected.
・Easy to install, you can start working immediately
・Safety functions Adopts a safety controller compliant with PLd Cat3 level, ISO 13849-1, ISO 10218-1, ISO 15066 certification, electromagnetic brake stops within 1mm, virtual fence function
・Performance Joint speed improved to 223°/s, joint servo uses EtherCAT bus for fast response and accurate positioning
・Expansibility: 24 DI and DO points, switchable to PNP and NPN, Modbus TCP/RTU, EtherNet/IP standard equipment
