■Inspect the inside of the hole with a laser
・Cylindrical inner walls can be inspected non-destructively and non-contact using a laser.
- Standard 200mm probe (*) inspects inside holes that are difficult to reach visually. *Please contact us for longer lengths.
・Pass/fail judgment can be automated by setting a threshold.
・Since all inspection data can be saved, feedback to the manufacturing process is also possible.
・In-line support is also possible by combining with equipment.
・Due to its deep depth of focus, even workpieces with different diameters can be inspected continuously.
■Judges pass/fail based on changes in the amount of light received.
A rotating laser beam is applied to the inner wall of the cylinder, and the returned light is received and converted into data. In areas with uneven surfaces, changes in the amount of light received can be seen. ANALYZER considers areas where the amount of light received is extremely different from the surrounding area as defect candidates, and automatically makes a pass/fail judgment based on set thresholds (size, etc.).
