■Level comparator function VGM2A: S1 to S3, VGM2B: S1
Level comparison is performed on the measured values, and the comparison judgment results are reflected in the S1 to S3 outputs. Set the set value in the comparison settings of comparison data (SET1 to SET3 and below SET). Hysteresis can be set in the comparison operation using the hysteresis setting (HYS1 to HYS3 and below HYSS).
■Window comparator function VGM2B only
Wind (area) comparison is performed on the measured values, and the comparison judgment results are reflected in the S2 output. Set the window upper limit setting value and window lower limit setting value. Hysteresis can also be added to the comparison operation.
■Linearization function VGM2A only
It is possible to correct the slope of analog output and display value with respect to sensor input.
