About This Product
Displays measurement results at manufacturing sites in color in an easy-to-understand and intuitive manner. You can instantly determine whether the current status is normal or error. Compatible with various types of judgment such as continuous, band, multi-zone, combination, etc. for all pressures, loads, torques, etc. This is the definitive multi-functional multi-display indicator.
■Equipped with real-time waveform display and judgment function
Values that change over time, such as press-fitting and caulking, are displayed in real time as a waveform graph. This is a highly functional multimeter that is compatible with traceability quality control and IoT manufacturing, emitting error and control signals when preset upper and lower limits are exceeded, and recording judgment results.
■Color display screen
The clear and easy-to-read color LCD display allows you to intuitively display judgment results, safety, danger, etc.
■Displacement sensor input
Adopts two inputs for displacement (voltage and pulse). Compatible with pulse input (A/B phase/line driver (RS-422 compliant)) and voltage input ±5.2V.
■High-speed processing
A device with a fast takt time allows comparative judgment and detailed data sampling, and the speed can be selected from 25,000 times per second or 5,000 times per second. (Resolution: 24bit)
■TEDS function (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet)
In addition to reading and calibrating sensor information when the power is turned on, it is also possible to display and rewrite sensor information. This function can be used when combined with a TEDS compatible sensor.
■Linearize calibration (adjustment function)
Improved linearity of load measurement by increasing the number of calibration points. Possible to output with little error close to the output characteristics. (5 points can be set)
■Judgment result display function
You can check the judgment results of the data you are interested in on the spot.
■Data storage
- Body memory: Measurement data, setting information, judgment results, etc. can be saved in CSV format (up to 70 items). Verification and utilization of results becomes easier.
・SD card: Measurement data can be saved to SD/SDHC as CSV or screenshots. The measured data can be organized and processed using VLGM4 Data Viewer (free software).
■Data output
Analog output: D/A converter to obtain analog output linked to indicated value. Range: Voltage 0~±10V / Current 4~20mA. The maximum voltage output can be set from ±1V to ±10V in 1V steps by setting the D/A maximum voltage.
