■Features
・Accuracy of pass/fail judgment is dramatically improved by measuring at four arbitrary points during the pressurization process
・Low cost compared to pressure waveform image data comparison measuring instruments
- Initial peak removal function allows comparative measurements without counting irregular peaks when contacting the workpiece.
・3 types available: analog 4-20mA, 0-10V and BCD output
・Peak hold function: "A type" that always displays the peak and "B type" that displays the peak for each shot can be selected.
・Digital zero function, function to measure the value displayed immediately before as "zero"
・Tracking zero function, function that automatically corrects the movement of the zero point internally digitally
・Pattern selection function, it is possible to set up to 4 comparison patterns
■Initial peak removal function
There is an initial peak removal function that excludes sudden inputs when contacting a workpiece from counting. By using this function, you can perform comparisons while ignoring unnecessary initial peak values as comparison conditions.
This function is also useful when the effective maximum load value is less than the initial peak value, such as when the maximum load value is always displayed. The time interval for removing the initial peak ([T] interval in the figure) can be set freely, so you can perform comparative measurements that fit your system.
■Peak hold function
Peak hold function that displays the peak of the load value. There are type A, which always displays the peak, and type B, which displays the peak for each shot. Peak hold A type is a free run type. The peak value will continue to be held until the PH terminal signal is open or reaches the "1" level.
Peak hold B type is a type of peak hold that displays the maximum load value for each shot. The peak value continues to be held while the PH terminal signal is open or at "1" level. However, the display does not follow and is updated every time the PH terminal falls.
■Digital zero function
This function measures the value displayed immediately before as "zero." The subsequent display will look like this: (input value - digital zero value) = display value
