About This Product
The Q-Cut 250 A is a compact and highly flexible semi-automatic abrasive cutting machine. A Φ254mm (10") cutting wheel can cut samples up to Φ95mm. This device combines the speed of a manual cutting machine with the convenience of an automatic abrasive cutting machine.
The lever for manual disconnection has an electronically controlled brake. You can cut by moving the lever up and down with one hand, and the cutting wheel can be easily attached and detached. The stainless steel table with T-slot can be placed in automatic drive mode (used for pulse cutting) or manual mode (direct cutting). For more complex cutting processes such as continuous cuts, an optional automatic back and forth feed table can be installed.
The unique wheel guard can be moved in parallel, greatly increasing the cutting capacity of the cutting wheel. The large control panel clearly shows operating procedures in color, helping to prevent operational errors. It also has menu buttons that allow you to set up regular tasks such as cooling water replacement and maintenance inspections.
Like all QATM cutting machines, the Brilliant 240 can be fitted with any QATM clamping tool. Clamping tools are now easier to replace than ever before, with quick one-touch installation and removal.
