Qcut 200 was announced as the successor to Brilliant 220, and this well-received model has been further evolved as the 4th generation. The Qcut 200 A continues to be unique on the market due to its conceptual design as a large table cutting machine. ■Advantages ・Fully automatic precision shaft equipped with backlash-free bearings ・New cooling system that reduces cut-off wheel wear by up to 15% and has a flow rate that is approximately 25% higher than comparable machines ・Automatic cleaning function ・New functions of cutting software ・Simplification of cutting wheel replacement ・New product of modular adaptable turning device ■Features Qcut 200 A is a precision cut-off machine with up to 3 automatic axes, using cut-off wheels up to 203mm/8'' size. Qcut 200 A is a compact precision cutting machine with up to 3 automatic axes (X, Y, Z) and numerous cutting functions for maximum flexibility and space utilization. Due to its modular design, Qcut 200 A can be optimally equipped with many options and suitable clamping tools. ■Intuitive and simple operability The large 7-inch touch display is ergonomically positioned and easy to operate with user-friendly software. The joystick ensures comfortable movement of the automatic axis. ■Flow monitoring An optional flow monitor ensures constant cooling even when cutting delicate samples during long cutting processes. The cutting process is automatically interrupted when a critical threshold is reached. ■High safety is required An enable switch allows two-handed positioning of the machine only when the door is open. This eliminates the risk of crushing the machine operator.
