About This Product
The cutting wheel diameter of The Qcut 150 A is ~203mm (8 inches) Cutting wheel hole diameter: 12.7mm. Q-Cut 210 A is a precision cutting machine that can perform manual cutting with a lever and automatic feed cutting. Automatic feed cutting allows cutting with low deterioration due to the built-in pressure sensor. Additionally, the new Zone Cut feature improves the efficiency of the cutting process.

Features
■Pressure control feed
Automatic feed cutting allows cutting with low deterioration due to the built-in pressure sensor.
■Table attachment
The tool-free table attachment PCB allows for quick manual cutting of plates and large samples.
■Zone cut function
With the new "Zone Cutting" function, the feed speed and cutting force can be set individually for one part of the sample in one cutting. This suppresses sample deformation and temperature rise, making it possible to perform efficient cutting operations.
■Reduced subsequent polishing process
The use of an adaptive rotary axis provides a more uniform cutting pattern and reduces the risk of the cutting wheel running. This reduces the effort required for later surface polishing of the sample.
■Cutting mode
This is a precision cutting machine that can perform manual cutting with a lever and automatic feed cutting.
■Extensive lineup of clamp tools
Using the appropriate clamping tools from our extensive range of accessories, recessed or intact samples up to Ø40 mm can be easily mounted. Additionally, large samples such as PCBs and boards can be cut quickly and manually using the table top, which can be mounted without additional tools.
