・ Nanoceram ™ is a new material ceramics that further evolves the crystallinated glass of Ohala, which has been recognized in all fields, such as the space and astronomy, to achieve very high strength, high transmittance, and excellent processing. ・ We propose new value that cannot be realized with sapphire crystal glass and chemical reinforced glass, such as optical equipment and mobile equipment that require strength. ・ Nanoceram ™ is a “glass ceramic” that adds heat treatment to the original glass material and precipitates a very small crystal. ・ Although it is a very small crystal that is invisible to the eyes, these crystals stop the progress of scratches and defects, achieving high strength that could not be realized with conventional glass. feature 01 Shock resistance / high hardness Compared to a rag -silicate glass of general products, it has a 30 % increase in hardness, more than 10 times in the steel ball falling shock test, compared to high -strength chemical enhanced glass, 20 % increase in hardness, and more than three times in the steel ball falling impact test. In addition, it has excellent destruction toughness than sapphire crystal glass, and does not cause cracks that cause damage even if scratches have been achieved, and has realized its sticky and hardly cracked characteristics. 02 Good processing While having the characteristics of hard ceramics, cutting, polishing, molding, etc., realizes the same level of processing as glass, and has grinding and polishing that can shorten the process time to about one -tenth of sapphire crystal glass. 03 High transmit rate In the past, glass ceramics have been hard to pass light because of large crystal particles, but they are not used for optical purposes, but Ohala's nano crystallization technology (particle diameter about 6 nm), which has a high track record in space and astronomy, achieves a high permeability and requires severe optical performance and quality accuracy.
