About This Product
"DOCDESK" is software that can automatically manage Office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), PDF files, and scanned paper documents into folders. By using the "folder monitoring function", it is possible to OCR the complex and documents incorporated from faxes, automatically convert them to PDF files with transparent text, and then save them in the specified folder.
When importing a wide variety of documents and forms that exist in the company, you can use the included automatic classification software "Docdesk Sorter" to achieve documentation and sort, and reduce the number of man -hours as an RPA.

Save documents and forms taken in from the scanner in a PDF file that can search for full text. The saved PDF files are embedded with the text information of the OCR result, so it is possible to use a large amount of newspapers and search for related documents by searching for keywords.
