A small and lightweight gripper based on the compact SLC-1720 stage. It is also possible to incorporate a feedback sensor, so it is possible to control the grip while checking the grip situation. The jaw at the tip of the gripper is replaceable and can be customized according to the customer's application. High vacuum and ultra-high vacuum options are also available.
