IRONCAD allows you to create parts by simply dragging and dropping 3D shapes such as blocks from the catalog into 3D space. The catalog has a wide variety of shapes and materials, and it is possible to design automatic machines, equipment machines, and jigs that often use plates and cylinders without drawing sketches.
■2 Quick plan File structure
Edit parts and assemblies within a single file. IRONCAD allows parts and assemblies to have the same file extension, making file management and concept design smooth. After conceptual and detailed design is done in the first file, the part/assembly can be saved externally with a link. Create/disassemble assemblies with the push of a button. Create and disassemble assemblies with the touch of a button. Assembly structure can be freely edited from history.
■3 Papatto placement TriBall
TriBall allows you to move, copy, and arrange any object in 3D space. Complex placement operations are possible without using constraints.

Shapes, parts, assemblies, TriBall bodies, cross-section figures, 3D curves, surfaces, connection points, faces, lights, cameras, textures, contours, cut planes, animation paths, etc.
■Supports large-scale assembly
Smoothly manipulate tens of thousands of assemblies without suppressing parts. You can also edit parts directly. Quickly respond to moves, deletions, undoes, and reshaping.
■Dual kernel
Equipped with two kernels: ACIS and Parasolid. Kernels can be switched according to the shape. It is useful for creating complex shapes and reducing errors when importing/exporting from other CAD.
■Direct editing of imported data/automatic feature creation
With the direct editing function of surfaces, you can also change the shape of data imported from other CAD. It is also possible to convert any shape into an IRONCAD feature and edit it from the history generated at the same time.
