About This Product
■What is a tube pump?
This is a pump that conveys liquid and gas by compressing and crushing the tube using rollers or tires (rings) and moving sequentially in the discharge direction. Since suction is performed by tube restoration, continuous pump operation is possible by repeating discharge and suction.
■Main features
・Self-priming type, no need for priming
・Simple structure, no seal or valve structure required
・Liquids and gases come into contact only with tubes → Chemicals can be transported hygienically, and various types of chemicals can be handled depending on the type of tube.
・Achieves high discharge pressure
■Small, thin pump allows equipment to be downsized
・Total height: 145mm, total length: 50mm
・Pump part outer diameter: φ26mm, motor part outer diameter: φ33mm
■Wide discharge amount range
2～60ml/min
*Depending on the combination of tube diameter, material, and rotation speed
■Can transport gas/liquid/gas/liquid mixture
Capable of transporting water, chemical solutions, air, gas, etc. *The flow rate decreases as the viscosity increases. At 10P (100 times water), the flow rate decreases to about 1/5
■Control circuit (driver) available
It can be adjusted according to your desired specifications.
■Achieving longer lifespan
Adopts a brushless motor and a pump system that compresses the tube with an eccentric ring. Motor life: 10,000h, pump life: 4,000h *Target values. The lifespan varies depending on the environment and usage conditions (tube, rotation speed, etc.).
■Achieving high discharge pressure
100kPa (1 atm) or more. The discharge pressure is almost constant with respect to the discharge flow rate.
■Pump replaceable
Pump and motor parts can be attached and detached
