- The sensor head uses a highly sensitive piezoelectric element to catch only the desired vibrations: To prevent errors caused by unnecessary vibrations in the press body, a dedicated bracket with anti-vibration measures has been prepared for the sensor head.
・Unlike conventional optical/magnetic methods, the detection method detects vibrations, so it can detect any target even under harsh conditions at press sites.
- Succeeded in downsizing the amplifier. It can be easily installed on the side of our mistake detection device (PS series).
・It can be used in a wide variety of ways, such as attaching the sensor head to the tray of the take-out device used when dispensing the upper mold.
