■Current status of wireless networks
Currently, Wi-Fi5 (AC8265/AC9260) is the only network card available for the NVIDIA Jetson platform. However, when connecting multiple sensors such as 3D cameras, higher throughput is required, so the trend is to move to Wi-Fi6E.
■When trying to build a wireless network with NVIDIA Jetson, you will encounter several problems.
・Network card cannot be recognized
・Bluetooth cannot be used
- Operates only in 2.4GHz band, cannot switch to 5GHz band
・NVIDIA BSP does not support all USB Wi-Fi dongles
Militronic has developed an Intel Wi-Fi6E network card device driver for the NVIDIA Jetson platform. We provide customers using the NVIDIA Jetson platform with an environment where they can use Wi-Fi6E, which can use the 6GHz band in addition to the 2.4/5GHz band.
