Compared to its predecessor, the latest generation SPECTRO XEPOS has dramatically increased sensitivity - by a factor of 10 or more. The difference is innovation in adaptive excitation and tube and detector technology. This exceptional sensitivity contributes not only to increased precision but also to extremely low detection limit levels. Depending on your needs, users can quickly and accurately analyze a wide range of elements from sodium to uranium.
■High-speed analysis
Some users may require speed over maximum accuracy. SPECTRO XEPOS also provides such options. Analysts can significantly reduce measurement time. On the other hand, it maintains the same level of accuracy as traditional energy dispersion devices. This fast system completes analysis in less than minutes for most samples
■Low cost
The equipment incorporates a number of strategies to reduce operating costs. For example, helium-saving purges (for light elements in liquids and powders) and vacuum systems (for light elements in solids). The device's new capabilities enable it to match performance in many applications to much more expensive chromatic dispersion technologies. SPECTRO XEPOS users can now get performance comparable to wavelength dispersion at energy dispersion prices.
