About This Product
It is a small temperature calibration organs that can be used for oil buses (liquid tanks), dried brocks, surface temperature blocks, and black furnace. By replacing the calibration sleeve included with the product, it is possible to easily proofread temperature probes and infrared thermography without complicated operations.
THERMATOR II is a small temperature calibration organs that support the temperature zone of --35 ° C to +165 ° C.
Because it is a portable type, it can be used as a school regular organs for holding a large number of thermometers.
･ Oil bus (microbus): --35 ° C ~ +165 ° C
･ For central temperature probe (immersion core temperature probe)
･ The temperature of the silicone oil is uniform by magnetic starler
･ At the time of transportation, the safety valve prevents oil leakage.
Dry Lock: --35 ° C ~ +165 ° C
･ For gas temperature probe
･ Insert it into 7 holes corresponding to 3.5 / 4.5 / 6.5mm sensor diameter (please contact us if you wish to have a custom -made insert)
･ Improves stability, accuracy, and homogeneity by air shield technology
Surface temperature prop: --25 ° C ~ +150 ° C
･ For surface temperature probe
･ Accurately measure the surface temperature with 3 probe insertion holes
･ You can obtain the reference point of the surface temperature by switching to the external reference probe.
Infrastructure (black furnace): --35 ° C ~ +165 ° C
･ For portable type radiation thermometer and thermography
･ Secure radiation ratio that is infinitely close to 1.0 (~ 0.9994)
･ External control sensor in the black furnace is near the reference sensor, and accurate proofreading is possible
* We recommend using TESTO 400 and high -precision temperature probe as a reference meter for temperature calibration by oil bath or dried lock lock.
