About This Product
It has been about 30 years since I continued to make a rigid substrate. Many customers have begun manufacturing in response to the request of "I want you to make a flexible substrate."
All facilities have been introduced in the company to achieve the shortening of the flexible substrate that the customer wants. We will respond quickly and carefully to detailed requests on flexible boards.

It has excellent flexibility and flexibility to the rigid substrate (hard substrate), and is also called FPC (Flexible Printed Circuits) on an ultra -thin printed circuit board that can be freely folded.
Plastic films such as polyimide are used for base materials, and it is common to use cover -ray film (or flexible substrate resist) instead of regists on the rigid substrate.
The biggest feature of a flexible substrate is that it is very thin and light, along with its high degree of freedom.
Due to these characteristics, it is an effective substrate for frivolous and short of electronic devices because it can effectively use a limited product space, such as mobile phones and wearable terminals, effectively used for the mobility and folding parts of the device.
In recent years, the use of in -vehicle use is increasing, and the demand is increasing.
