■High precision CW wavelength meter “671 series”
The 671 series wavelength meter is ideal for highly accurate laser wavelength measurements. This product is a CW laser wavelength meter based on the well-proven Michelson interferometer, and has a maximum accuracy of ±0.2ppm. There are four versions with measurement wavelength range: VIS 375-1,100nm / NIR 520-1,700nm / IR 1-5μm / MIR 1.5-12μm. Of these, the VIS and NIR versions can also measure optical power simultaneously (total power ~ ±15%). It has high sensitivity with a minimum optical power of 10 μW and automatically adjusts the electrical gain according to the input signal, making it compatible with tunable laser scanning. There are two versions of Bristol's wavelength meter: the 671A model, which is the most accurate, and the low-cost 671B model.
