Adopting a lens with a large input aperture and high-precision detection performance, it is possible to measure minute angular deviations even in a wide field of view (FOV). Electronic autocollimators are equipped with three functions: an autocollimator, a focusing telescope, and an infinite conjugate ratio collimator, making them ideal for measuring minute optical surface deviations.
