■Fluxless soldering
BLESsystem achieves high-quality, damage-free fluxless soldering by combining a blue laser with a wavelength of 445 nm, which has high absorption rate into metals, and a newly developed dispenser mechanism. It is possible to reduce the flux cleaning process. In addition, since heat is efficiently applied to the metal parts, it is possible to reduce heat damage to the area around the joints.
■Hybrid laser method
BLESsystem is capable of oscillating pulse waves and CW waves. Pulse waves quickly melt the solder inside the capillary, suppressing solder oxidation. Pre-heating and after-heating are possible using CW waves. It can handle a wide range of processes depending on the target work.
