About This Product
■Supply clean air with HEPA filter
A fan filter unit with a built-in HEPA filter supplies purified air.
■Newly developed hot wire resistance type wind speed sensor
Prevents decrease in ventilation frequency. Equipped with a newly developed hot wire resistance type wind speed sensor. It is possible to detect wind speed pressure loss due to filter clogging and prevent a decrease in ventilation frequency due to a decrease in wind speed.
■Clogging diagnosis function
Prevents reduction in air speed caused by filter clogging. When the wind speed decreases due to filter clogging, etc., an alarm is automatically turned on and an external alarm can be output. A variable trimmer that sets the threshold for any wind speed level is also included as standard.
■Variable wind speed control function (05FFU)
Air volume can be increased when air volume decreases. The air volume of the blower fan motor built into the fan filter unit can be varied and adjusted by adjusting the volume. It is possible to increase the air volume when fine-tuning the air volume or when the air volume decreases due to pressure loss.
■Quick top maintenance method with one-touch lock (01FFU to 05FFU)
Easy replacement without tools. Adopts a one-touch lock that allows easy replacement of the HEPA filter. The HEPA filter can be removed and replaced without tools.
■Side suction (11FFU to 17FFU)
Minimize the clearance with the ceiling. By drawing in outside air from the side of the fan/filter unit, the clearance with the ceiling can be minimized. This is effective when the ceiling of the clean booth installation location is low, or when the clean booth itself is large in height and dimensions.
■Bottom maintenance method (05FFU-DM, A11FFU to A17FFU)
Avoid maintenance at heights. HEPA filters can be replaced from inside the booth. Maintenance at height can be avoided.
■Easily create a clean environment
Temperature and humidity can also be controlled in combination with precision air conditioners. A clean environment can be easily created by combining a precision air conditioner with a fan/filter unit. By passing the precision air produced by the PAU unit through a HEPA filter, it becomes highly purified clean air, making it possible to supply clean air locally. Moreover, you can freely select the clean unit according to the volume of the target space and the level of cleanliness required, so you can easily control temperature and humidity and create an optimal clean environment.
