The non-front chiller PCU-NE series uses R1234yf as the refrigerant. It is not subject to the Freon Emission Control Law, and can eliminate the fluorocarbon management man-hours required with conventional chillers, such as periodic inspections of fluorocarbon products and the creation of process control sheets. It is also equipped with the industry's first drive recorder function and time calendar function. The circulating water outlet temperature, circulating water setting temperature, operating time, date and time of error occurrence, etc. are recorded on the chiller body at 2 minute intervals. It can be used to understand the status of the chiller and isolate the cause of trouble, and can significantly reduce the number of man-hours required to respond in the unlikely event that a trouble occurs.
