Paper documents can be scanned with a Sharp multifunction device and easily imported as electronic files. In addition, you can display a list of files in various formats as thumbnails and preview them without opening the file, so you can quickly check the contents. You can refer to, edit, and process files stored not only on your own computer but also in shared folders and NAS*.

■Automatic sorting
Automatically creates a folder based on the save date and file name in the folder specified as the save destination for the scanned document, and saves the file. By specifying multiple conditions, you can sort items hierarchically, making your work more efficient.
■Easy file name conversion
By simply pressing the "Add to file name" button, you can add any string before or after the file name. You will be able to understand.
■Monitored folder reception notification
When a new document is registered in the folder set as a watch folder, a pop-up icon will notify you. The number of new arrivals and unread files are displayed visually in an easy-to-understand manner, so you can avoid missing confirmation. You can smoothly transfer files such as application forms and order forms among groups.
