About This Product
■Stainless steel rotating eye bolt
・High strength and high corrosion resistance duplex stainless steel (JIS G3463 SUS329J3L TB, DIN1.4462 equivalent)
・It has better pitting corrosion resistance and crevice corrosion resistance than SUS316 and SUS317, which are conventionally known to be resistant to pitting corrosion.
・High-strength stainless steel with yield strength at room temperature approximately twice that of SUS304 and SUS316.
・100% magnetically tested (forged product)
・Inside ring wear limit display notch (patented)
・Compliant with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG
・Usage sites - semiconductor manufacturing industry, nuclear power, outdoor installation, etc.
■Features
- The ring is pentagonal to clearly distinguish it from regular eyebolts.
- Rotates 360° and can adjust the direction of the ring in the direction of the load.
-The basic working load is clearly engraved. Depending on the pulling direction, it can be used with even higher working loads. (Refer to basic working load table/instruction manual)
- The ring and bolt are made of duplex stainless steel (JIS G 3463 SUS329J3LTB, equivalent to DIN1.4462). Extremely resistant to seawater and chlorine ions.
- The company name, thread size, serial number, and strength class are clearly engraved on the bolt head.
