About This Product
■Tension spring increases work efficiency and reduces noise.
A welded lifting point with a movable ring that supports 180° load direction. The tension spring under the cover supports the ring part in the desired position and also reduces noise. The welded installation completely shields the seams and prevents corrosion, making it suitable for outdoor use.

・The tension spring allows the ring to be supported in the desired position and also reduces noise. (1.5t~10t)
- High degree of dynamic and static stiffness.
・This is a forged product made of welding compatible material St52.3 (1.0570), compliant with DIN5688, quality grades 100 and 80, and 100% magnetic flaw inspection passed.
・The spacer (approximately 3mm) functions as a gap material required for root welding.
-DIN18800 requirements can be met due to the welded seam arrangement (HV through-type). This means that the joints are completely shielded, so there is no risk of a corrosion layer forming, so it can be used outdoors.
・VLBS/-U, VLBS-U-LT, VLBS-P: Suspension ring with optimized functions to better support lateral loads and fixed spring protection.
・100% basic working load even if the ring plane direction is 90°
・VLBS/-U, VLBS-U-LT: The spacer on the welding block secures the distance necessary for root welding.
・The suspension ring and block are simply integrated with a fixed spring, making it easy to correctly position the weld.
- If hot-dip galvanizing is performed after welding, it is your responsibility to analyze the validity of the related processes. (VLBS only)
- Simple structure that can be welded and installed in a short time.
・Suspension ring can move 180°. VLBS-P: Expands the range of motion of the suspension ring.
- Fixed spring functions as noise prevention. Also, the ring can be held in any position, making installation easier.
-The basic working load is clearly engraved.
