■Compact design with consideration for when not in use
A welded lifting point with two-point fixation that effectively distributes the load. The forged and sturdy movable ring supports 180° load direction. Additionally, the RBSS type has a built-in tension spring under the cover that can support the ring in the desired position, reducing noise. Furthermore, the ring is removable and does not interfere with walking when not in use.
■Features
・Uses V class grade (grade 100) to increase lifting strength (grade 80 for 8ton and 15ton)
- Round and smooth design with low installation height.
- Tension spring reduces noise. Can also be removed (RBSS type).
・Easy and quick welding installation is possible.
・Effective load distribution with 2-point fixing.
- High degree of dynamic and static stiffness.
・This is a forged product made of welding compatible material St52.3 (1.0570), compliant with DIN5691, quality grades 100 and 80, and 100% magnetic flaw inspection passed.
・Patented spacer (approximately 3mm) functions as a gap material required for root welding.
-DIN18800 requirements can be met due to the welded seam arrangement (HV through-type). This means that the joints are completely shielded, so there is no risk of a corrosion layer forming, so it can be used outdoors.
- Multi-point fixation distributes the load, making it more compact and gentle on hanging loads. The basic working load is 100% even when the ring plane direction is 90°.
- Comes with wear markings that allow you to see the disposal standards at a glance. (Patented)
-The basic working load is clearly engraved.
-Forged welding blocks are made from high quality materials suitable for welding.
