About This Product
■Completely new welding type with perfect load distribution
・No need for complicated position adjustment
・No crevice corrosion: Seamless HY welded seams
・Fixing spring holds all parts together
■Features
- Multi-point fixation distributes the load, making it more compact and gentle on hanging loads. Satisfies 100% basic working load even when the ring plane is 90°. (VRBK max. 270°)
・As required by DIN 18800, it is performed by circular fillet welding. This means there is no contact/crevice corrosion due to endless weld seams (and therefore also suitable for outdoor sites). The weld volume required for HY weld seams is small.
- Comes with wear markings that allow you to see the disposal standards at a glance. Furthermore, the VRBS-FIX markings allow you to see the load angle at a glance. (Patented)
- Fixed spring functions as noise prevention. Also, the ring can be held in any position, making installation easier.
-Forged welding blocks are made from high quality materials suitable for welding.
- Important product characteristics of VRBS-FIX and VRBG-FIX are subject to proprietary claims.
・It has been confirmed that it can be used even in low temperature conditions of -40℃. Upon request, we can issue a notch bar impact inspection certificate.
・The suspension ring and block are simply integrated with a fixed spring, making it easy to correctly position the weld.
-The basic working load is clearly engraved.
