About This Product

■Features
- Prevents noise during transportation due to strong vibrations and shock loads. Made of strong forged material.
-The basic working load is clearly engraved.
・As required by DIN 18800, it is performed by circular fillet welding. This means there is no contact/crevice corrosion due to endless weld seams (and therefore also suitable for outdoor sites). Welding block material 1.6541 (23MnNiCrMo52) (follow instructions in instruction manual).

- Simple structure that can be welded and installed in a short time.
・It has been confirmed that it can be used even in low temperature conditions of -40℃. Upon request, we can issue a notch bar impact inspection certificate.
- If hot-dip galvanizing is performed after welding, it is your responsibility to analyze the validity of the related processes.
・Basic working load corresponds to all directions. Depending on the pulling direction, it can be used with even higher basic working loads. (Refer to working load table/instruction manual)
