About This Product
■Work with a rotary hoist efficiently and safely
Vario Ring is a lifting point where the ring part can move 230° and the top of the bolt can rotate 360°. The ring, which can handle loads in all directions, has passed magnetic flaw detection inspection and has a maximum working load of 50 tons. In addition, the main body has a built-in ball bearing, so it rotates 360° smoothly even under load. This is the ideal lifting point for rotating and reversing heavy loads.

- Smooth rotation is possible even under load.
- Ring part can be rotated 230° and bolt part can be rotated 360°, allowing loading in all directions.
・A wide variety of sizes available from 0.3 to 50t and M8 to M150.
・In addition to metric threads, inch threads (unified, wit), metric thread fine threads, etc. are available.
・Uses bolts that have passed 100% magnetic flaw detection inspection.
- The ring part is coated with a pink powder coating that changes color depending on the ambient temperature.
・Long bolts are also available.
-Ball bearings reduce shock loads caused by friction during rotation and reversal.
- Comes with wear markings that allow you to see the disposal standards at a glance. (Patented)
・VWBG-V: The special bolt of the Vario ring cannot be removed. This is to prevent improper bolt installation.
・When using the product multiple times in a row for a long period of time, it is necessary to manage the torque value.
・VWBG: Compliant with BG/DGUV “GS-OA-15-04”

■Options
If it is to be left installed in a through hole for a long time, we recommend a lock nut (DIN980-V tested, with washer). For one-time lifting work, we recommend flange nuts (tested to DIN6311).
■Notes
For long bolts and metric coarse threads, please use lock nuts (tested to DIN 980-V with washers) and flange nuts (tested to DIN 6331).
