■Note
A traditional center point may take a 90° lateral load and remain upright. In this case, two things can happen. 1. Large shear stresses and huge bending moments are applied to the bolt. 2. A large load is suddenly released, creating a shock load.
■Kink is now a thing of the past
Lud ACP Tornado completely eliminates these dangers. A unique spring mechanism ensures that the suspension ring rotates in the direction of optimal load force.
■Features
・Important information such as working load (WLL), torque, and bolt dimensions are engraved. When using the product multiple times in a row for a long period of time, it is necessary to manage the torque value.
- The genuine Rud ICE bolt, which has a hexagonal shape on the inside and outside of the head, can be replaced if necessary. Can be installed with a spanner, box wrench, or hex wrench.
Dramatically improved working load (WLL) by up to 30% compared to hoist rings of the same size. Optimized size and shape, combined with specially developed ICE steel bolt technology, maintains high strength. Furthermore, it has excellent toughness and durability.
- All Ruud ID systems are equipped with an ID chip to simplify inspection management, history recall, and documentation.
■Options
- If you plan to leave it attached to a through hole for a long time, we recommend using a lock nut (DIN980-V tested, with washer). For one-time lifting work, we recommend flange nuts (tested to DIN6311).
・For long bolts and metric coarse threads, please use: ・Lock nuts (tested to DIN 980-V, with washers) ・Flanged nuts (tested to DIN 6331).
