This is a UV embedding machine for rapidly curing analysis samples with UV light and embedding them in resin.
■Features
・The resin curing chamber opens and closes automatically with an electric slide type.
・Processing and retrieval of specimens can be performed smoothly using touch panel operations.
・Touch panel operation with 4.3 inch color display screen.
- Irradiation time can be adjusted using the 4-step timer shortcut button.
- UV radiation is evenly distributed by the upper and lower double layer light sources.
・There is little heat generation during curing, and the maximum temperature during curing is 90 degrees or less; the maximum temperature of the sample is 60 degrees or less.
- Equipped with a cooling system with dual fans.
An exhaust system and exhaust purification device can be installed (optional) to prevent unpleasant odor leaks.
