About This Product
Lift Mat® is an adhesive mat that removes over 90% of hair and dust attached to the tires of forklifts, transport vehicles, AGVs, etc. It can be used repeatedly by washing with water, contributing to significant reductions in running costs and waste.
・Despite our efforts to prevent foreign substances, we are still receiving complaints about hair and dust contamination.
・Even though we clean the factory floor every day, tire marks remain and the floor gets dirty quickly.
・I want to clean the tire itself, but it is difficult to wipe it directly, and I am worried about the sheet getting caught in the reversible adhesive mat.

■Removal rate over 90%! High removal rate mat
The sticky gel blends into the fine irregularities on the tire surface, attracting and removing dirt even invisible to the naked eye. Over 90% of dirt can be removed by running the mat for 3 rotations of the tires.
■Can be used repeatedly
If the adhesive strength decreases due to dirt, simply wipe the surface of the mat with a special detergent or water to remove the dirt and restore the adhesive strength, allowing you to use it repeatedly. It can be used for a long time and requires no maintenance costs, so it has low running costs. (*If there are many vehicles passing by, you can maintain the clean effect by increasing the number of cleanings or increasing the installation area.)
■Strength capable of withstanding a total weight of approximately 4 tons
Adopts high-strength adhesive urethane gel that can withstand the passage of heavy vehicles. The mat is designed to prevent it from tearing or getting caught in tires.
■Products equivalent to flame retardant standard UL94 V-2
Contains flame retardant, making it easier to use in a wider range of industries.
■Can be used for flooring construction
It is possible to "spread it all over the floor", which is difficult with conventional adhesive mats. By spreading it over an air shower, etc., it absorbs hair and dust blown away by the air and prevents it from being blown away again.

▼How to use
Please aim for 3 rotations of your tires. If the mat becomes dirty, please refer to the cleaning instructions and clean it with water or a special detergent. (*Please note that it is not suitable for use in areas where there is large dirt or hard/sharp dirt as this may damage the mat surface.)
