About This Product
This is a torque measuring instrument that allows you to easily set the torque of electric screwdrivers and measure the torque of tools that require torque management. Since it has a built-in battery, it can be used anywhere in the factory or outdoors. In addition, since inspection results are stored in memory as data, management records are easy. *Please do not use it for measurements that involve hitting with an impact driver, etc.
Features
■High precision/high resolution
Accuracy: High accuracy of ±0.5% F.S. In addition, IT-5 has achieved a decomposition capacity of 0.001N･m (0.01kgf/cm) and 1/5,000.
■Comparator function
By setting upper and lower limits, pass/fail judgment is performed using sound and LED.
■Memory function
Up to 511 measurement data can be stored in memory.
With the auto memo function, there is no need to press a button every time you take a measurement. In addition, it is possible to automatically calculate not only the standard deviation but also the process capability index on the printer from the measurement data stored in the memory function, and print it out in the form of an inspection sheet. *Optional HOP-CE and Centronics printer are required.
■Many setting functions
In addition to settings such as automatic data processing and regional gravitational acceleration, you can also make detailed settings such as peak detection level and filter response.
■Abundant output functions
USB output*, Centronics output, RS232C output, Digimatic output, comparator output, etc. It is also possible to input external contact signals. *USB cable is not included. In addition, the following software "HOP-AP2" is required in order to connect and use it with a PC.
■RS232C setting function
Data bit length, baud rate, stop bit length, parity bit, etc. can be set individually. Connection to any computer is possible. *Optional HOP-RS is required for RS232C connection.
■High durability and allowable load
The unique overload stopper mechanism realizes an allowable load of 200% of the weighed value. This measuring instrument has a sturdy housing and can withstand harsh on-site use.
■Auto power off function
If there is no input for a certain period of time, the power will automatically turn off. Can be set from 1 to 98 minutes. You can also set the main unit to turn on when the power supply to the AC adapter is turned on, making power management easy.
