About This Product
■Summary
An adhesive tape with a base material of fluororesin (made of Teflon™ PTFE) impregnated glass cloth and coated with a high heat-resistant silicone adhesive on one side. Compared to AGF-100FR, AGF-100T has particularly excellent hot adhesive strength, making it ideal for heat sealing at high temperatures.
■Applications
・Mold release application for heat sealing machines and vacuum packaging machines
・Release of heat-sealed surfaces with complex shapes
・Heat sealing at high temperatures
■Operating temperature range
-60℃〜+250℃
■Features
- Does not peel off easily even under high temperatures and has excellent tack strength
・The tape surface has excellent non-adhesive properties, releasability, slipperiness, chemical resistance, and water repellency.
- Excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability.
・Compatible with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) for utensils, containers and packaging. (As of March 2020)
