Aqua Street, a pure water production device, uses reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) technology to separate and remove impurities that dissolve in water to the maximum extent possible, producing "RO pure water." RO pure water with no impurities is ultra-soft water with zero hardness that is perfect for cooking noodles such as ramen. It brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.

・Removes nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen.

■About the ability of reverse osmosis membranes
Impurities larger than water molecules cannot pass through reverse osmosis membranes. Therefore, it is possible to separate and remove substances that are harmful to the human body, such as pathogenic bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, environmental hormones such as dioxins, and chemical substances from water.
