About This Product
Displacement sensors are optical sensors used in printing equipment, ATMs, control equipment, etc. to detect the thickness of conveyed objects and detect minute displacements. The contact lever attached to the sensor is placed on the object, and an encoder is used to detect the lever movement caused by changes in thickness, which is converted into displacement and output.
■Features
・Because it is a contact type, there is little variation and outputs with high linearity.
・Since relative displacement is detected, installation errors are less likely to occur.
・Displacement resolution: minimum 2μm ~
