The 149-10A is a digital voltmeter that can measure AC and DC high voltages up to 10kV with high accuracy. The input impedance is a high value of 1,000MΩ, making it suitable for measuring various high-impedance high-voltage circuits. In addition, despite its small size and light weight, it has high accuracy, so it can be easily used as a portable calibrator.
