About This Product
The PWX series is a CVCC variable switching DC stabilized power supply with an optimized design as a rack mount power supply. In order to increase mounting efficiency, the design is thin with a 19-inch rack width, and the internal cooling intake and exhaust are only on the front and rear sides, allowing for close mounting from top to bottom.
Furthermore, the series comes standard with a group of communication interfaces essential for system upgrades: LAN, USB, and RS232C. By using the VMCB (virtual multichannel bus) function, you can efficiently perform not only 1-to-N but also N-to-M large-scale network remote control and monitoring. LAN communication allows control and monitoring from a web browser on a computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.
It is also LXI (LAN eXtensions for Instrumentation) certified, making it easy to configure when connecting to a measurement system using LAN. Remote management of power supplies located in separate buildings can also be easily achieved. There are two types of output specifications: 750W and 1,500W output power, and the ``3x ratio'' power type allows for a wide range of voltage and current setting combinations.
For example, the PWX1500ML, which has a rated output power of 1,500W, can operate seamlessly from 80V-18.75A to 26.8V-56A. In addition, the input power supply voltage is a universal specification of 85V to 265V, and it also has a built-in PFC (power factor correction circuit) to suppress harmonic current. Additionally, it is equipped with analog external control/monitor output, master/slave parallel operation function, various protection functions, memory function, etc.
